A 24-hour fitness and combat-sports facility built for people who train on their own schedule
Emporia's all-in-one destination for training and fitness.
Emporia Training Center brings athletes, martial artists, and fitness lovers together to train, anytime. The floor is split between a full strength & cardio setup and a dedicated combat space with a boxing ring and mat area, so lifters, first-timers, and competitors all have room to work.
Home to EmporiaBJJ, Spartan Boxing, and The Best Wrestler, the gym is run by three coaches who train here every day: a pro fighter and BJJ/MMA coach, a former D1 and 4x state champion wrestler who also leads the kids' wrestling club, and a boxing coach who uses the sport to teach discipline, work ethic, and sportsmanship as much as technique. Whether the goal is losing weight, learning self-defense, or preparing for a bout, there's a club and a program built for it.
Three dedicated clubs training under one roof — drop in on any of them, or combine a few as part of an open-mat week.
